The large resident and guest only pool area has lots of chairs, shade, jacuzzi, kids playground, and a private gym/work-out facility, 1 parking space only directly in front of the unit. Short walk to a beautiful quiet beach great for swimming, fishing, beach walking, year round turtle watching, whale watching during the winter months, windsurfing and relaxing. Some beach gear is also provided. Water, sewer, trash/refuse, pool service, exterior quarterly pest control, landscaping, digital basic cable and WiFi/internet are all included in the rent. There is an option for upgrading cable at an additional tenant cost. Complex also supplies security from 8 pm to 4 am every day of the year. All other utilities are tenant(s) responsibility including obtaining and maintaining renter's insurance. Available on February 1st, 2027 (possibly a little sooner). No pets please.
