It comes with 1 parking space located directly in front of the unit. Short walk to a beautiful quiet beach great for swimming, beach walking, windsurfing, and relaxing. Plenty of shopping and dining choices nearby. Water, sewer, trash/refuse, pool service, exterior quarterly pest control, landscaping, digital basic cable and WiFi/internet are all included in the rent. There is an option for upgrading cable at an additional tenant cost. All other utilities are tenant(s) responsibility including obtaining and maintaining renter's insurance. No pets. No smoking.
