One of the best locations in this welcoming complex, with an equal distance walk to the beach and the complex's resort style extra large pool and workout facility. This unfurnished (photos show furnishings, but it is unfurnished) ground floor beauty is newly remodeled from floor to ceiling that spills out onto a spacious lanai area for outside entertaining and relaxing. Brand new luxury vinyl planking flooring throughout, freshly painted interior and exterior, multiple A/C units including 3 energy efficient split HVAC units when you're not using the new ceiling fans, a stacked washer/dryer in the unit, plantation shutter blinds on every window. The master bedroom has an ensuite full bathroom and the second bedroom has easy access to the hallway full bathroom. The extra large resident and guest only pool area has lots of chairs, shade, a jacuzzi, a kids' playground, and a private gym/workout facility. It comes with 1 parking space located directly in front of the unit. Short walk to a beautiful quiet beach great for swimming, beach walking, windsurfing, and relaxing. Plenty of shopping and dining choices nearby. Water, sewer, trash/refuse, pool service, exterior quarterly pest control, landscaping, digital basic cable and WiFi/internet are all included in the rent. There is an option for upgrading cable at an additional tenant cost. All other utilities are tenant(s) responsibility including obtaining and maintaining renter's insurance. No pets. No smoking. Complex also supplies security from 8 pm to 4 am every day of the year. 6 month minimum term, 1 year preferred. No pets please.
