A recently remodeled 2 bedroom, 1 bath + office attached cottage with a private courtyard and covered carport for two vehicles. Located in lower Kula off of Lower Kimo Dr., this unfurnished home has recently installed vinyl flooring, cabinets and is freshly painted. No pets allowed - this is a strict policy. One of the bedrooms is large enough to fit a king size bed. The other bedroom is smaller and can fit a twin size bed only. Additional storage or small bonus room is ideal for a home office. Parking for a maximum of two vehicles only. This home is located on a property with three other detached, free standing tenant occupied rentals on it, each with their own utilities, driveways and private yards. 1 year lease term required. All financially responsible adults must apply online at the Trinity Properties Long Term Rentals web site. A minimum credit score of 680 is required. Each rental application is a non-refundable $30.
