Beautiful, fully-furnished condo that includes 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a large loft Available July 1st! You've found the best place to stay for your next assignment! This spacious, second-floor condo sits in a resort-style community in North Kihei and is the largest unit in the complex. It's designed with high ceilings in the main living area, making the space open and bright. The layout includes three defined bedrooms and an upper loft set up as a semi-private sleeping and lounge area, complete with its own queen bed, TV, seating, storage, ceiling fan, and A/C. Altogether, the sleeping arrangements include three bedrooms plus the loft (two with queen beds, with one room having a desk and a twin bed); making it ideal for traveling professionals, small families, or couples with guests coming through. The condo is furnished in a beachy, calming style, with blues and neutrals to keep the place relaxed and airy. The kitchen has electric appliances, including a toaster, blender, new dishwasher and BBQ tools for the grill near the large shared pool. The pool area also includes a gym, jacuzzi, picnic tables, and playground equipment. There are two full bathrooms; one with a tub/shower combo and the other with a walk-in shower. The condo has four air-conditioning units (two recently purchased), plus ceiling fans to keep the air moving. One of the bedrooms has a desk area, and can be used as an office if needed; making remote work easy. This unit has two lanais: one in front that's spacious and equipped with a shoe rack, along with another one in the back with a peek-a-boo ocean view; close enough to hear the waves when its quiet. Outside, the building is surrounded by tropical plants that help keep the place shaded and private. The unit has two reserved parking spots and extra street parking. The complex also has security cameras, picnic tables, and a pool area that feels more like a little resort than a condo community. This unit comes with two dedicated, on-site parking spaces Pet Policy: One pet is allowed: a small dog (under 30 pounds) or an indoor cat. If you have a dog, it must be registered with the Site Manager and a DNA kit will be included in the registration. The registration fee is $59.95, payable by the pet's owner. There's also a separate, refundable, $500 pet deposit required. This condo is in Kihei, a beachy town on Maui's south shore known for its relaxed local vibe and sunny weather. You're close to restaurants, cafes, and grocery stores, with easy access to several beaches, including Kamaole Beach Park III. The area has a laid-back feel, but it's still active with surf spots, snorkeling, wind-surfing and beach walks just minutes away. Across the street one can enjoy the Hilton's Beach Bistro. Whether you're headed upcountry or down to Wailea, it's a central launch point. Renter is responsible for electricity. Lease is for 6 or 12 months. Cable, internet, water, sewer and trash pickup are all included in the rent. Pet friendly, cats and small dogs under 35lbs.
