This unit has a flexible floor plan with options on the layout-it could be a 2 bedroom with a small living/dining room or it could be a 1 bedroom using the primary/second room as a big living room/office opening up to the lanai etc. New dusk cherry luxury vinyl planking recently installed throughout the entire unit along with some other upgrades. There is a large covered and enclosed lanai off the primary room with ocean views to create indoor and outdoor living. There is an additional mostly shaded outdoor space on the backside of the unit for outdoor living space, relaxing and/or outdoor dining opportunities. Washer and dryer located inside the unit in the primary .
