This unit has a flexible floor plan with options on the layout-it could be a 2 bedroom with a small living/dining room or it could be a 1 bedroom using the primary/second room as a big living room/office opening up to the lanai etc. New dusk cherry luxury vinyl planking recently installed throughout the entire unit along with some other upgrades. There is a large covered and enclosed lanai off the primary room with ocean views to create indoor and outdoor living. There is an additional mostly shaded outdoor space on the backside of the unit for outdoor living space, relaxing and/or outdoor dining opportunities. Washer and dryer located inside the unit in the primary . Utilities include electric up to $150 a month (any overages will be a tenant expense- Solar PV installed providing extra benefit to tenant(s)-previous tenants never went over), water and sewer up to $125 a month (any overages will be a tenant expense-previous tenants never went over), quarterly pest control as provided by the owner and landscaping. Tenant responsible for any additional utilities and obtaining and maintaining renter's insurance. Tandem parking for 2 cars in the driveway and additional street parking is a possibility. This property is very close to the ocean, right above Kamaole 3 beach park, close to the Kihei boat ramp, shopping and dining opportunities in Kihei and is only a few minutes away from accessing the world class beach resorts found in Wailea and Makena.
