There is a large covered and enclosed lanai off the primary room with ocean views to create indoor and outdoor living. There is an additional mostly shaded outdoor space on the backside of the unit for outdoor living space, relaxing and/or outdoor dining opportunities. Washer and dryer located inside the unit in the primary . Utilities include electric up to $150 a month (any overages will be a tenant expense- Solar PV installed providing extra benefit to tenant(s)), water and sewer up to $125 a month (any overages will be a tenant expense), pest control as provided by the owner and landscaping. Tenant responsible for any additional utilities and obtaining and maintaining renter's insurance. Tandem parking for 2 cars in the driveway and additional street parking is a possibility.
