Pets are reviewed on a case by case basis, additional security deposit may be required. Vacation renting or sub-letting is not allowed. Move-in acceptance requires a completed Application for each adult occupant, a copy of photo i.d., and non-refundable per Application fee of $31 completed online. Move-in requires $2000 Security Deposit plus $3400 full month's Rent for a one year or 6 month Lease.
