Enjoy the large private backyard with plenty of room to spread out, a dedicated workspace, and high-speed Wi-Fi for remote stays. Washer and dryer are available in the garage. One small dog under 30 lbs is welcome with a pet fee. Adult dogs must be 18 months or older and weigh less than 35 lbs. Dogs are not allowed on furniture, and any signs of paws or fur may result in a cleaning fee. Please clean up after your dog, and pets must be on a leash when outside the property. No cats allowed. A $150 cleaning fee applies if these rules are not followed. For parking, there is a single car driveway and plenty of free street parking. The Loop Haus is located in a quiet residential pocket of South Austin. While the street is modest, the home itself is a gem, beautifully remodeled and thoughtfully styled inside and out. You’re close to all that makes South Austin special, just 10–15 minutes to South Congress, Zilker Park, and Downtown. Nearby local favorites include Jo's Coffee, Cosmic Coffee, St. Elmo Brewing, Radio Coffee & Beer, The Yard, and LeRoy and Lewis Barbecue. The area offers easy access to Central Market, Sprouts, several local taco joints, coffee shops, the airport, and main highways like Ben White, MoPac, and I-35. Smoking or vaping inside the home is not permitted. If signs of smoking are found indoors, a $200 cleaning fee will be applied. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 10:00 AM. No parties, events, or large gatherings are allowed. Only registered guests are allowed on the property unless approved in advance. No Saturday check-outs. Before you leave, please throw trash away and lock up. If personal items are left behind, a $45 handling fee applies for return shipping, in addition to the actual shipping cost.
