Welcome to The Loop Haus, a cozy, design-forward 3-bedroom bungalow in South Austin where you'll feel right at home. This home features a stylish, fully updated interior and a spacious backyard oasis. Luxury 600 thread-count Egyptian cotton sheets adorn all beds, and thick Turkish bath towels are provided in both full bathrooms. The fully stocked kitchen features new appliances and a coffee bar. A washer and dryer are available in the garage for added convenience. One small dog under 30 lbs is welcome for a pet fee. Single car driveway parking and plenty of free street parking are available. Located in a quiet residential pocket of South Austin, The Loop Haus is close to all that makes South Austin special. It's 10–15 minutes to South Congress, Zilker Park, and downtown, and near local favorites like Jo's Coffee, Cosmic Coffee, St. Elmo Brewing, Radio Coffee & Beer, The Yard, and LeRoy and Lewis Barbecue. You're also close to Central Market, Sprouts, and several local taco joints and coffee shops, with easy access to the airport and main highways (Ben White, MoPac, I-35). Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 10:00 AM. No commercial photography, parties, events, or large gatherings are allowed. Only registered guests are allowed on the property unless approved in advance. Dogs are not allowed on furniture, and all waste must be picked up before checkout. Pets must be on a leash when outside the property. No cats are allowed. A $150 cleaning fee applies if these rules are not followed. If signs of smoking are found indoors, a $200 cleaning fee will be applied to refresh the space. To keep our homes well-maintained and enjoyable for everyone, we kindly require that all primary renters be at least 26 years of age. Includes a dedicated workspace and high-speed Wi-Fi.
