You'll also find luxury 600 thread-count Egyptian cotton sheets, thick Turkish bath towels, and a washer and dryer located in the garage. One small dog under 30 lbs is welcome with a pet fee. Located in a quiet residential pocket of South Austin, this home is close to all that makes South Austin special. It's 10–15 minutes to South Congress, Zilker Park, and downtown, and near local favorites like Jo's Coffee, Cosmic Coffee, St. Elmo Brewing, Radio Coffee & Beer, The Yard, and LeRoy and Lewis Barbecue. You're also close to Central Market, Sprouts, local taco joints, coffee shops, and have easy access to the airport and main highways (Ben White, MoPac, I-35). Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 10:00 AM. No commercial photography, parties, events, or large gatherings are allowed. Only registered guests are allowed on the property unless approved in advance, and there are no Saturday check-outs. Dogs are not allowed on furniture, and a $150 cleaning fee applies if these rules are not followed. For the comfort of all guests, smoking or vaping inside the home is not permitted.
