Enjoy the convenience of a Level 2 EV charger and two private tandem parking spots. Please inquire before charging, as daytime kWh rates will apply. Pets are welcome with a fee of $100 per pet per stay. This home is highly walkable, just a few blocks to all that North Park has to offer, including tons of amazing restaurants, bars, nightlife, shopping, Balboa Park, and the San Diego Zoo. Buses, Ubers, and Lyfts are abundant nearby. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 9 a.m. Smoking indoors will incur a $200 charge. Undeclared guests will be charged $65 per person if not disclosed.
