The home is equipped with solar power, a Level 2 EV Charger, two private tandem parking spots, a king-size bed, a massive master bath and spa, blazing-fast Wi-Fi, a heated seat bidet that opens upon entry, room-darkening shades, an outdoor fountain, and outdoor lounging and dining areas. The master bedroom includes a king-size bed, a walk-in closet, and a large two-sink bathroom with a jacuzzi tub and European shower. The second bedroom has a queen bed, and there's a full sofa bed in the common area. The kitchen boasts upscale stainless steel appliances, including a Viking oven and stove range, and a Sub-Zero extended fridge and freezer, with essentials to get you started. Ask about our add-ons, including early check-in, late check-out, Pack 'n Play crib, beach wagon, surf and boogie boards, EV charging, and car rentals. Pets are welcome with a $100 fee per pet per stay. Please keep pets off the beds, comforters, and sofas to avoid extra cleaning or replacement fees. Undeclared pets will incur a $200 fee per pet. This home is highly walkable, just a few blocks from all that North Park has to offer, including amazing restaurants, bars, nightlife, shopping, Balboa Park, and the San Diego Zoo. Public transportation options such as buses, Ubers, and Lyfts are readily available nearby. The sectioned-off back music studio is normally quiet but is used by the owner and recording artists, so be considerate of your neighbors. Shoes should be removed upon entry, and quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 9 a.m. No parties are allowed, and undeclared guests will be charged $65 per person. Smoking indoors will incur a $200 charge. Do not unplug, tamper with, or cover any Wi-Fi, outdoor security cameras, or locks, as fees will apply. Filming or production work is allowed with an additional fee.
