The kitchen island is perfect for gathering, and the 2-room layout includes all essentials. Enjoy outdoor bliss on the private patio with bistro lights, a gas grill, and fresh lemons from the garden. Family add-ons include early check-in, late check-out, Pack 'n Play crib, beach wagon, surf and boogie boards, pets policy, and car rentals. Pets are welcome with a $100 fee per pet per stay. Please keep pets off the beds, comforters, and sofas to avoid extra cleaning or replacement fees. Undeclared pets will incur a $200 fee per pet. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 9 a.m. No parties are allowed, and undeclared guests will be charged $65 per person. Smoking indoors will incur a $200 charge. Filming or production work is allowed with an additional fee. The owner and handyman live in the back units and are available for urgent needs. You may occasionally hear planes overhead, so earplugs are suggested for light sleepers.
