Underground parking with secure storage is available. Pets are welcome with a fee of $100 per pet per stay. Located in the heart of University Heights, this condo is steps away from Adams Avenue’s Antique Row, where you'll find trendy restaurants, cozy cafes, breweries, and unique shops. Popular spots like Polite Provisions, Cafe 21, and Wormwood are a short walk away. Public transit is easily accessible, and rideshares are always nearby. Enjoy walkable access to local eateries, bars, and shops. Shoes must be removed upon entry. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 9 a.m. Smoking indoors will incur a $200 charge. Undeclared guests will be charged $65 per person. Tampering or covering any Wi-Fi, outdoor security cams, locks, etc., is prohibited and fees will apply. Unlawful use of our home (illegal activities or substances, etc.) is prohibited. Coasters must be used under all glasses, cups, or mugs to prevent water rings and stains. Trivet mats must be used for hot pots to prevent heat damage to surfaces. For monthly guests, there is a Utility Cap of $200; guests will be responsible for any overages. Please keep pets off the beds, comforters, and sofas to avoid extra cleaning or replacement fees if bedding, towels, carpets, or furniture are stained, chewed, or covered in heavy fur. All pets must be declared, and undeclared pets (including ESAs) will incur a $200 fee per pet.
