This spacious, two-story townhome is the perfect home base for your family's San Diego vacation. The fully equipped kitchen includes pots, pans, dishes, glassware, wine glasses, silverware, a coffee pot, Keurig, toaster, and more. Coffee (regular and decaf), teas, creamer, and sugars are provided. The master bedroom has a king-size bed and a private en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom features a queen-size bed. The third bedroom has a full-size bed. A second full bathroom is conveniently located in the hallway to serve the two additional bedrooms. The highlight of the home is the private rooftop deck, a fantastic spot for both kids and adults. Enjoy family movie nights on the outdoor flat-screen TV, grab a cold drink from the mini-fridge, and unwind in the hot tub after a fun-filled day at the beach. Baby gear rental is available for $79 and includes a high chair, pack n' play (baby crib), sheets, blanket, toys, books, and other items. You'll be just four blocks from the ocean and a short walk from the area's best restaurants, cafes, and nightlife. The Pacific Beach neighborhood is within walking distance of Tourmaline beach, a popular surfing spot. Please keep the noise level down at night since there are a lot of families in the neighborhood. Toilets: Please do not put anything other than toilet paper down the toilets. Do not put wipes or feminine products down the toilets or they will clog, and you will be charged for any clogged toilets. Shower: When taking a shower in the master bathroom, the hot water is very hot and it just takes about a minute to heat up. Garage: If using bikes, make sure to lock them up. Cleanliness: Please be clean and respectful of household items. Garbage Disposal: To avoid plumbing issues, please do not put large amounts of food, grease, or anything else down the sink and use the trash instead, or you will be charged for any sink backups caused by you.
