This home is filled with luxuries, including a foosball table and family games. Pool heat is available for an additional fee of $30 per day. One dog under 50 lbs is welcome with a $200 nonrefundable pet fee. Located in Lincolnville, the nation’s most historic city, this home is within walking distance of many shops, top restaurants, art galleries, and attractions. It's a 10-minute walk to the Lightner Museum, White Room, and Flagler College, a 15-minute walk to St. George Street, and a 20-minute walk to the Fort. The beach is a 10-minute drive away. Nearby attractions include the St. Augustine Distillery, St. Augustine Fish Camp, and San Sebastian Winery. Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 8 am per St. Johns County ordinance and are enforced. The minimum age to book is 25. The primary guest on the reservation must be present for the duration of the stay. No parties or large group gatherings are permitted. Any guests visiting outside of the reservation must be approved prior to their arrival. The home has an actively recording security camera installed at the front door of the home, and any attempt to remove, tamper, or disconnect the internet to Ring may result in the reservation being canceled and guests requested to vacate the premises. Do not move furniture, appliances, or décor from where you found it upon check-in. Outdoor furniture must be returned to its original positioning in which you found it upon check-in. Guests are responsible for any damages caused by a pet during their stay. Additional charges will apply if dog feces is not picked up and properly disposed of ($50 per pile). Guests who stay past checkout time will be charged an additional fee of $100/hr. No vaping or smoking is allowed whatsoever on the property, including the front porch. If evidence of smoking is found, you will be subject to an additional cleaning fee. Illegal drugs, marijuana, and underage drinking are strictly prohibited. Do not flush anything down the toilet except toilet paper. Renters are 100% liable for any and all property damage caused by themselves or guests during their stay. You are required to follow the House Rules written and posted in the house during your stay or risk being removed from the property. Checkout procedures must be completed as written and posted in the house, and any excessive mess will result in additional charges.
