One dog under 50 lbs is permitted for each stay for a $200 nonrefundable pet fee. Located in Lincolnville, home to the largest concentration of late Victorian era buildings in the city and listed on the National Register of Historic Places, this home is nearby the St. Augustine Distillery, St. Augustine Fish Camp, and San Sebastian Winery. Guests can walk to the many shops, top restaurants, art galleries, and attractions. The Lightner Museum, White Room, and Flagler College are a 10-minute walk away, St. George Street is a 15-minute walk away, and the Fort is a 20-minute walk away. The beach is a 10-minute drive away. Quiet hours are between 10 pm and 8 am per St. Johns County ordinance and are enforced. The primary guest on the reservation must be present for the duration of the stay. If you have more guests on the premises than you have notated in your reservation, an additional fee may be charged. This home is not suitable for bachelor/bachelorette parties, wedding parties, receptions, or any other large group gathering. Any guests visiting outside of the reservation must be approved prior to their arrival. The home has an actively recording security camera installed at the front door. An attempt to remove, tamper, or disconnect the internet to Ring may result in the reservation being canceled and guests requested to vacate the premises. Do not move furniture, appliances, or décor from where you found it upon check-in. Outdoor furniture must be returned to its original positioning in which you found it upon check-in. The dog must be over 1 year of age, up to date on vaccinations, have flea treatment, and be potty trained. Guests are responsible for any damages caused by the pet during their stay. Additional charges will apply if dog feces is not picked up and properly disposed of. No vaping or smoking is allowed whatsoever on the property, including the front porch. If evidence of smoking is found, you will be subject to an additional cleaning fee. Illegal drugs are strictly prohibited, including marijuana. No underage drinking is allowed. Do not flush anything down the toilet except toilet paper. Renters are 100% liable for any and all property damage, caused by themselves or guests, during their stay. While children are allowed, the home is not child-proofed and parents with younger children use the home at their own risk. Guests who stay past checkout time will be charged an additional fee of $100/hr.
