A nonrefundable pet fee of $150 will be applied to accommodate 1 dog under 50 lbs. Located in St. Augustine, the nation’s most historic city, this home is in Lincolnville, home to the largest concentration of late Victorian era buildings in the city and listed on the National Register of Historic Places. This 140-acre walkable neighborhood is within walking distance of St. Augustine’s tourism epicenter, offering flavorful dining, art, culture, and entertainment. The home is near the St. Augustine Distillery, St. Augustine Fish Camp, and San Sebastian Winery, and Blue Hen, the top neighborhood brunch spot, is just a few blocks away. From the Castillo de San Marcos National Monument to Ripley’s Believe It or Not Museum, there is something for everyone just a short stroll from the house. The best way to get around St. Augustine is with your own car or in a rental, with plenty of off-street parking available. Guests can also use rideshare apps like Uber and Lyft or call a taxi. Once in the city center, many of St. Augustine's shops, restaurants, art galleries, and attractions are within the historic city center, making it easy to get around on foot. The Old Town Trolley Tours offer a fun way to see the city with a hop-on, hop-off trolley service that stops throughout St. Augustine. Quiet hours are between 10 pm and 8 am per St. Johns County ordinance and are enforced. The home has an actively recording security camera installed at the front door. An attempt to remove, tamper, or disconnect the internet to Ring may result in the reservation being canceled and guests requested to vacate the premises. Do not move furniture, appliances, or décor from where you found it upon check-in. Outdoor furniture must be returned to its original positioning. Guests who stay past checkout time will be charged an additional fee of $50/hr. No vaping or smoking is allowed on the property, including the front porch, and evidence of smoking will result in an additional cleaning fee. Illegal drugs, including marijuana, are strictly prohibited. The minimum age to book is 21. The primary guest on the reservation must be present for the duration of the stay. If you have more guests on the premises than you have notated in your reservation, we reserve the right to charge an additional fee. This home is not suitable for parties or large group gatherings, and any guests visiting outside of the reservation must be approved prior to their arrival. Any guests outside of the reservation must vacate the property during quiet hours. Guests are responsible for any damages caused by a pet during their stay, and additional charges will apply if dog feces is not picked up and properly disposed of ($50 per pile).
