The cottage is thoughtfully designed with modern furnishings and amenities to ensure a comfortable stay. The property can accommodate one dog under 50 lbs, provided the dog is up to date on vaccinations and fully potty trained or kenneled. A $100 non-refundable pet fee will be applied, and guests are responsible for any damages caused by the pet during their stay. Additional charges will apply if dog feces is not picked up and properly disposed of ($50 per pile). St. Augustine is the nation’s most historic city, with Lincolnville home to the largest concentration of late Victorian era buildings in the city, listed on the National Register of Historic Places. This 140-acre walkable neighborhood is within walking distance of St. Augustine’s tourism epicenter, offering flavorful dining, art, and culture with an abundance of entertainment right on your doorstep. Nearby attractions include the St. Augustine Distillery, St. Augustine Fish Camp, and San Sebastian Winery. The Blue Hen, a top neighborhood brunch spot, is just a few blocks away, perfect for grabbing a delicious breakfast before exploring downtown. From the Castillo de San Marcos National Monument to the Ripley’s Believe It or Not Museum, there is something for everyone, all just a short stroll from the house. Quiet hours are enforced between 10 p.m. and 8 a.m. per St. Johns County ordinance. The minimum age to book is 21, and the primary guest must be present for the duration of the stay. No parties are allowed, including bachelor/bachelorette parties, wedding parties, receptions, or any other large group gatherings. Any guests visiting outside of the reservation must be approved by hosts prior to their arrival. The home has an actively recording security camera installed at the front door. Tampering with the camera may result in the reservation being canceled and guests being requested to vacate the premises. No smoking or vaping is allowed on the property, including the front porch. If evidence of smoking is found, an additional cleaning fee will be charged. Late check-outs and early check-ins are subject to additional fees, and door codes do not activate until the set check-in time. Guests who stay past checkout time will be charged an additional fee of $50 per hour.
