The villa is half a mile to the National WWII Museum and close to Riverwalk Outlets, City Park, and top-rated restaurants. Steps away from local coffee shops, jazz clubs, theaters, and galleries, and near Mardi Gras parade routes and cultural festivals like Jazz Fest. The pool and terrace are shared among guests, and video surveillance may be used in common areas. Early check-in and late check-out offers are sent when available. The villa requires climbing stairs. No gatherings over 10 people are allowed, including visitors, and extra guests require prior approval. Smoking in the unit or on the balcony will incur a $250 fine plus cleaning costs. Quiet hours are observed from 9pm to 8am, with violators charged a $200 fine. House parties and illegal substances are strictly prohibited and grounds for immediate eviction, with violators charged a $500 fine.
