It features a fully equipped kitchen, high-speed internet, a 55-inch smart TV in the living room, smart TVs in all bedrooms, tower fans, white noise machines, a hair dryer, and a handheld steamer. Street permit parking is available for one vehicle. Additional parking permits are available for $10 per additional vehicle for your entire stay. A pack/play crib is available. The location is perfect, with many great restaurants and bars on North High Street. It's a short walk to the Short North District, the Greater Columbus Convention Center, and Nationwide Arena Stadium. Ohio State University campus and Kroger Food Market are less than a mile away. CMH Columbus John Glenn Airport is a short drive away, with easy access to major highways and COTA lines. Some city or neighbor noise is possible due to the central location and shared wall with a neighboring unit. Quiet hours are from 9 p.m. to 7 a.m. No plants in the home are to be moved. No loud music is allowed at any time. No parties, small gatherings, or events are allowed. Smoking, marijuana, firearms, illegal substances, or any illegal activity are prohibited on the property; smoking is allowed outside the home only. No additional unregistered guests are allowed. Pets are allowed for a fee of $40 per pet, per night (up to $600 cap per pet for the entire stay), and any undisclosed pet will incur a $500 charge. No photography or any commercial use is allowed on the premises without written permission. Furniture is not to be rearranged. Tampering with exterior surveillance, noise monitors, and smoke sensors will lead to immediate cancellation with no refund, as well as a $500 violation charge. Any late check-outs will result in an additional charge of $300. Breaking any of the house rules will result in a charge of $500 each, subject to a charge per occasion and per broken rule separately.
