For your comfort, there is a king-size bed and a queen-size bed, complimentary toiletries, tower fans, a hair dryer, and a handheld steamer. Street permit parking is available for one vehicle. If parking for additional cars is needed, the same street permit parking is available for $15 per additional vehicle per night. Early check-in and late check-out options are available for an additional fee. The location is perfect for exploring Short North, with many restaurants and bars on North High Street. It's a short walk to the Short North District, the Greater Columbus Convention Center, and Nationwide Arena Stadium. Ohio State University campus and downtown Columbus are less than a mile away. You'll also find a Kroger Food Market nearby, and easy access to major highways and COTA lines for getting around the city. Goodale Park is right across the street, and a convenience store is around the corner. Some city or neighbor noise is possible due to the central location and shared wall with a neighboring unit; white noise machines and fans are provided in every room. Quiet hours are from 9 p.m. to 7 a.m. No loud music is allowed at any time. No parties, small gatherings, or events are allowed. Smoking, marijuana, firearms, or illegal substances are prohibited on the property; smoking is allowed outside only. Additional unregistered guests are not allowed unless added to the reservation for an extra fee of $50 per guest per night. Pets are allowed for a fee of $40 per pet per night, up to $600 per pet for the entire stay, with prior host approval required. Tampering with exterior surveillance, noise monitors, and smoke sensors will lead to immediate cancellation with no refund, as well as a $300 violation charge. Any late check-outs will result in an additional charge of $100. Breaking any of the house rules will result in a charge of $500 each, subject to a charge per occasion and per broken rule separately.
