After a day of beach adventures, relax in comfort or explore the vibrant attractions of North Padre Island and nearby Port Aransas. Designed for families seeking a seamless blend of convenience, comfort, and fun, this home is the perfect backdrop for creating lasting memories on your beach vacation. Families will love the 3 stunning, heated resort-style pools, complete with fountain arches, night lights, and plenty of shaded lounge chairs. With BBQ grills, a fun-filled playground, and a splash pad for kids, it’s the perfect spot for endless family fun and relaxation! We love hosting longer stays and furry companions! For stays over 7 nights, a mid-stay cleaning is required to help keep the space fresh. Bringing pets? There's a $120 per stay per pet fee. Please ensure all pets are added to your reservation. The fee for a second pet will be collected separately. Maximum of either 1 large animal 50-75 lbs or two small animals under 40 lbs. All pets must be kenneled and house trained and kept off all furniture, bedding, and off sheets and blankets or a minimum cleaning fee of $100 will be assessed. Emotional support animals are not exempt from this pet policy and pet fees must be paid. Nestled in the heart of North Padre Island, the neighborhood around Packery View Loop offers the perfect balance of beachside relaxation and local excitement. Just a short walk from Whitecap Beach, you'll have easy access to one of the island’s most popular spots for sunbathing, swimming, and beachcombing. The area is quiet and family-friendly, with a laid-back coastal atmosphere, yet it’s also close to top dining and entertainment options. Within a short drive, you can explore the vibrant attractions of North Padre Island and nearby Port Aransas, including fishing piers, golf courses, and local shops, making it an ideal location for both relaxation and adventure. Nearby restaurants include Snoopy's Pier, famous for its seafood and waterfront views, and Doc's Seafood and Steaks, offering fresh seafood and steaks with beautiful sunset views over the water. The pool availability is subject to HOA guidelines and repair schedules. No lifeguard is on duty, and guests swim at their own risk. Supervision is required for all, especially children and non-swimmers. Life jackets and flotation devices are not provided. Please do not use the pool if you have open wounds or any infectious conditions. No diving is allowed, and guests should keep the pool area clean. By using the pool, guests acknowledge that they have read and understood this disclosure and agree to abide by the pool safety guidelines outlined above.
