It is minutes from Woodfield Mall, restaurants, and shopping centers, and close to corporate offices, medical facilities, and business parks. Enjoy nearby parks and walking paths for fresh air and downtime, and a wide variety of dining options—from casual to upscale. It’s an ideal balance of suburban calm and urban convenience. No smoking is allowed inside the home, subject to a $500 fine if violated. No parties or large gatherings are allowed, and if violated, your reservation will be immediately canceled with no refund. Occupancy is limited to the number of guests stated on the listing description. Babies under the age of two are not included in this count. Tampering or breaking the outside camera in any way will result in a $350 maintenance repair fee/violation and immediate eviction from the property without a refund. There is a zero tolerance policy for smoking/vaping inside of the home, and the reservation will be subject to immediate cancellation and a $500 deep cleaning fee. If evidence of smoking/vaping is found after checkout, an additional $500 deep cleaning fee will be charged. Do not leave the front door unlocked or open at any time. An unauthorized late checkout fee of $100 is applied for checkouts later than 11:00 AM. ID verification is required during check-in for security purposes.
