Whether you’re preparing breakfast for the family or a romantic dinner, this kitchen has you covered. Occupancy is limited to the number of guests stated on the listing description, with babies under the age of two not included in this count. There is a strict no-parties or large gathering policy, and violations such as throwing a party, damaging the unit, or having unreported extra guests will result in a $1,000 fine and immediate eviction. Quiet hours are from 11 PM to 7 AM, and any noise complaints may lead to a $300 fee and termination of the reservation without a refund. Tampering with or breaking the outside camera will incur a $350 maintenance fee and eviction. There is zero tolerance for smoking or vaping inside the home, with immediate cancellation and a $500 deep cleaning fee. Evidence of smoking after checkout will result in an additional $500 fee. The front door must not be left unlocked or open at any time. Early or late checkouts may be accommodated for a fee and by request only, with a $100 fee for unauthorized late checkouts after 11:00 AM.
