It’s an ideal balance of suburban calm and urban convenience. Smoking is not allowed inside the home and is subject to a $500 fine if violated. Parties or large gatherings are not allowed, and if violated, your reservation will be immediately canceled with no refund. Any event that triggers a noise complaint beyond an acceptable level will be subject to one warning, and if a repeated violation occurs a second time, a $300 fee will apply, and the reservation will be immediately terminated without a refund. Tampering with or breaking the outside camera in any way, including disabling, covering, or blocking, will result in a $350 maintenance repair fee/violation and immediate eviction from the property without a refund.
