This is my first lease with Stonebridge apartments, Overall one of the best properties in the neighborhood. From what I saw, most of the units are rehabbed and in great shape. The leasing office has always been super helpful, and also their maintenance crew is outstanding. If you ever have an issue, they’re super quick to react and help you out. If you are looking for an apartment in the area look no further, they are the best. The staff in the office were extremely helpful. Special mention to Christine Wilcox, she is very responsive and knowledgable. Thank you so much Christine Wilcox for helping us to get the apartment in short period of time.
This will be my second lease with Stonebridge and Donnica and Janette were such a great help! Since Bayshore Properties stepped in, the satisfaction of living and communication has done nothing but improved from the last leasing agency.
They were communicative and accommodating to any and all questions I had. They were able to help breakdown the financials when it came to transferring from one unit to the next, and clearly cared about what my needs were. If you're looking for an apartment complex and leasing company that values transparency, provides great customer service, and cares about their attendants, Stonebridge is the place for you.

I would only put 5 stars because Michael really help me and my gf a lot. I appreciate all his help and support until today he still manages to help us out. As well as the new manager he is really nice and helpful. So far liking this place and living here for a week now.

I had the pleasure of touring apartments with Christine Wilcox, and I must say, she was absolutely terrific. Her knowledge and pleasant demeanor made the apartment hunting process a delight. I was especially impressed with the apartment she showed me, and it felt like a perfect match for my needs.
Right from our initial contact, Christine's responsiveness and attention to detail were outstanding. She took the time to truly grasp my apartment preferences, and her commitment to helping me find the perfect place to call home was evident in her every action.

My experience at Stonebridge has been great so far. The maintenance staff is amazing, we had a few minor issues with our screen door when we moved in but is was taken care of within a few days. Molly was very helpful in finding an apartment that best suited our needs, ask for her when you tour! So far, we feel very happy with the community and we look forward to staying for a couple of years.
We live here for 5 months already and know by ourselves how helpful the specialists of community administration always are. For example the very first impression and the tour organised for us by Donnica after which we understood we want to live in this complex. The leasing sing documents process when Janette was of great help and patiently answered all our questions. During the summer the territory of community was wonderful, flowers, birds, fountains and all the work the staff do which we do not even see. The inner look changes to better too, for example the floor covering was changed and now it is fresh and good-looking. Not long ago we had the problem with our shower door, this moment was solved, such as any other problem you can get during your staying, you always receive all the help you need.

The staff in the office, Janette, Donnica, Kaylee, Debra, and Dominque were extremely helpful in getting our family into a 2 bedroom apartment within a week. The building we were in had an elevator failure and we needed to move quickly. The attention we received was fantastic and continued after we moved in as well. Setting up the internet did take an hour however, that was Xfinity. The community there has been very friendly and helpful. Thanks to all !!
We had very good stay, lease office staff(Sam) helped a lot for smooth transfer with in stonebridge. Appreciate all his assistance, we hope the same continue in future.
