I spent 5 great years with The Pointe! The office staff truly helped make this place feel like home. They knew me by name from day one. They handled any request or concerns I had in a timely and professional manor. Although you cannot choose your neighbors and you never know what you might get, The Pointe did a great job doing their best to get their customers to the right buildings. I was super happy to find myself in a pet friendly and smoke free building. The office staff also plans so many community get togethers, it’s a great way to meet other tenants. The area is safe, clean, and maintained. I highly recommend The Pointe to anyone looking for a great community!

The Pointe Apartments have a very unique layout that I love! The location is SUPER convenient-you're on Rand Road so it's an easy trip to get groceries, go out to eat, or go shopping. Natalie was amazing to us and made us feel super welcomed when we were looking at The Pointe! Overall, there is great communication here-quick responses, which was really helpful! Lots of questions came up for us and were always answered in a patient and timely manner. Also, quite a few of their floor plans are newly renovated and look so nice!
