We've been here approximately 9 months, and I can't sing my praises highly enough. The Great Room, which is beautiful and extremely comfortable, is usually open to all, but can be rented for a private party. I rented it for a wedding shower and my guests were truly impressed. The work out and yoga rooms are clean, and very comfortable and always available. The outdoor area and pool feel like a five-star resort. The staff, Heather, Mara, Mark and Rick are exceptional, with just incredibly prompt, professional service. They have a guest suite which puts nearby hotel rooms to shame and for an extremely reasonable rate. In addition to ample outdoor parking, they have indoor parking on all four floors which is very convenient, and they have personal storage and a DIY room in addition to office space available for rent. Bike storage is free. It's a very nice and very safe place to live. We are incredibly happy and comfortable here.

My wife and I have been living here a little less than a year. We are very impressed with the size of the unit, the amount of living space in the main area, the cabinets and counters in the kitchen, the large bathrooms and the incredible amount of closet space. We also appreciate our own laundry room. The public space feels more like a 5 star resort than an apartment. The gym is fully equipped, the pool area is great and the outdoor space with its many grills, tables with umbrellas, and fire pit is awesome. The great room is the nicest one we've ever seen. The kitchen area is separate but attached to a great party room with a pool table, and a fireplace. And everything is meticulously maintained. Last but not least, the staff here is above and beyond. On the rare occassion we've needed help with something inside the apartment, Mark and Rick respond immediately and take care of whatever issue we're having. The office staff, Heather, Mara and Guste are amazing. They're incredibly nice, but also highly efficient and professional. We've rented the great room for a party and we've rented the guest suite for overnight company and it's all seamless. We would highly recommend living here.
