The fully equipped kitchen features a microwave, stove, oven, refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker with coffee essentials, electric kettle, sink with hot and cold water, glasses, silverware, pots, pans, and a dining table with chairs. Bathroom 1 and Bathroom 2 both include a bath with a shower, wash basin, mirror, toilet, towels, hand towels, washcloths, and essential toiletries. Parking is available on the premises, and instructions will be given at check-in. Pets are allowed, and an additional cleaning fee is required: 1-7 Nights: additional $25/night, 8-29 Nights: additional $200, 30+ Nights: additional $300. Immerse yourself in the vibrant energy, surrounded by award-winning restaurants, eclectic shops, and historic landmarks. With convenient access to attractions, this stylish apartment serves as your gateway to seamless exploration. Quiet hours are between 10pm and 8am every day. If there are noise complaints or any violation of this rule, it may result in cancellation of booking and removal from property without refund. There is a strict no-party policy, and if there is a party of any kind, the police will be called and everyone will be removed from the property with no refunds. No unauthorized guests are allowed at the unit, and there is a $100 fine per guest if discovered. Smoking is prohibited without exception on this property, and if any signs of smoking are found in the unit or on the premises, a fine of $500 will be imposed. If you are found to have brought pets without prior notification, there will be a $500 fee. If the property is left in a state that necessitates additional cleaning, you may be charged extra for cleaning. Lost or unreturned keys will incur a fee of $80 for key replacements and $150 for key fob replacements. For delayed checkout, there will be a $500 late check out fee. All guests must be 23 years old and above.
