The living space features an innovative open-concept design that blends the living and dining areas with the kitchen, creating a modern and sleek living experience. The living room includes a sofa bed, chair, 4K 55" HDR smart TV, and coffee table. The fully equipped kitchen features a microwave, stove, oven, refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker with coffee essentials, electric kettle, sink with hot and cold water, glasses, silverware, pots and pans, and a dining table with chairs. Bathroom 1 and 2 each feature a bath with a shower, wash basin, mirror, toilet, towels, hand towels, washcloths, and essential toiletries. Parking is available on the premises, and instructions will be given at check-in. Pets are allowed depending on size or if they are service animals. To avoid having your reservation canceled, please inform us in advance. An additional cleaning fee is required per pet: 1-7 Nights: additional $25/night, 8-29 Nights: additional $200, 30+ Nights: additional $300. There is a 2 pet maximum and only cats/dogs are allowed. With convenient access to attractions, this stylish apartment serves as your gateway to seamless exploration. Quiet hours are between 10pm and 8am every day. If there are noise complaints or any violation of this rule, it may result in cancellation of booking and removal from property without refund. There is a strict no-party policy. If there is a party of any kind the police will be called and everyone will be removed from the property with no refunds. No unauthorized guests are allowed at the unit, and there is a $100 fine per guest if discovered. Smoking is prohibited without exception on this property, including balconies and in or around the building. If any signs of smoking are found in the unit or on the premises, a fine of $500 will be imposed. If you are found to have brought pets without prior notification, there will be a $500 fee. There are noise monitors installed in the unit that measures the noise levels in decibels. If tampered with, there will be a fee. If a lockbox is provided, it must be kept locked at all times. Some stays have auto-locking doors so keep the keys on you. If there is a delayed checkout, there will be a $500 late check out fee. You may be charged extra for cleaning if the property is left in a state that necessitates additional cleaning. Lost or unreturned keys will incur a fee of $80 for key replacements and $150 for key fob replacements. All guests must be 23 years old and above. To abide by all legal requirements and building security rules, you may be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, provide a valid credit card with a name that matches your ID and pass through a verification portal. Bedroom 1 includes an office desk and chair.
