There is a 2-pet maximum and only cats and dogs are allowed. If pets are brought without prior notification, a $500 fee will be imposed. A strict no-party policy is enforced, with a $100 fine per unauthorized guest and a $500 fine if signs of smoking are found. Noise monitors are installed to measure noise levels, and tampering with them will incur a fee. Early check-in or check-out may be accommodated at a fee of $25 per hour, with a $500 late check-out fee if not arranged in advance. Lost or unreturned keys will incur a fee of $80 for key replacements and $150 for key fob replacements.
