This homey apartment offers everything you need for a comfortable stay. It includes 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, a king-size bed in the master bedroom, 2 twin-size beds in the second bedroom, a TV in the living room, a fully equipped kitchen, and a balcony with a spectacular view. Additionally, there is an onsite washer and dryer. This is Miami's place to shop, home to the Shops and Midtown, a huge outdoor shopping district. It is directly south of the Miami Design District and slightly north of Downtown. Midtown Miami contains two distinctive neighborhoods, Wynwood and Edgewater. Wynwood is famous for its shops, restaurants, and outdoor murals. Edgewater is far more residential, providing a variety of high-rise apartment buildings and luxury condos along Biscayne Bay. Miami Beach is directly east of Midtown Miami, roughly four miles away along I-195. To ensure a secure experience, all members staying must register by providing a photo ID on the same day as check-in. Smoking is not allowed indoors, as it may result in a fine. Please avoid excessive noise, as the apartment is located in a residential area. Check-in is scheduled for 4:00 p.m., and check-out is at 11:00 a.m. Late check-out is available with 24 hours' notice and will incur an additional cost. Package deliveries to the property address are not allowed. Washcloths are not provided. In case of any lost linens or apartment keys, an additional cost will be charged to replace them. Please turn off the air conditioning when leaving to maintain a comfortable environment for everyone.
