Welcome to this newly constructed, fully furnished 3-bedroom, 2.5-bath home, thoughtfully designed to offer a true “home away from home.” Feel at home in this space that is move-in ready and ideal for both short-term and extended stays. The open-concept main floor features a living room, dining area, and kitchen island. The kitchen features brand-new stainless steel appliances and stocked cookware. The dining table comfortably seats 6. Each bedroom has a Smart TV. Fresh bed and bath linens and blackout curtains are provided for restful nights. High-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the home. A welcome tray with snacks and Keurig K-Cups is also provided. This is a family and pet-friendly property, and pet fees apply. Pets require prior approval before check-in. Guests must contact us in advance to discuss their pet’s stay. Upon approval, the applicable pet fee is collected through a fund request. Pet fees are occupancy fees, not damage protection. Additional cleaning fees are charged for excess hair, dander, or odor. The pet fee is $25 per pet, per night for stays of 1-6 nights, $15 per pet, per night for stays of 7-28 nights, and $10 per pet, per night for stays of 29+ nights. Conveniently located off I-85, this home is within walking distance of local dining options and near the Chattahoochee River National Recreation Area and the Southeastern Railway Museum. This is a non-smoking property, and no events are permitted. Emotional Support Animals are not considered service animals and are not eligible for fee exemptions under Georgia Fair Housing law for short-term rentals. ESAs are treated the same as pets for booking and fee purposes. Applicable pet fees apply. Failure to disclose an ESA before arrival results in applicable pet and cleaning fees being charged upon discovery, if not after check-out, and may impact the reservation. Service Animals Trained service animals, as defined by applicable law, are exempt from pet fees.
