High-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the home, and a welcome tray with snacks and Keurig K-Cups is provided. Pets are welcome with a fee that varies based on the length of stay: $25 per pet per night for 1-6 nights, $15 per pet per night for 7-28 nights, and $10 per pet per night for 29+ nights. Extended-stay cleaning costs apply, with a mid-stay clean required for stays of 40-60 nights and a deep clean for stays over 60 nights. These charges are separate from the standard cleaning fee.
