The kitchen is equipped with brand-new stainless steel appliances and stocked cookware. The dining table comfortably seats 6. Each bedroom includes a Smart TV. Fresh bed and bath linens, plus blackout curtains, are provided for restful nights. High-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the home. A welcome tray with snacks and Keurig K-Cups is also provided. This is a family and pet-friendly property, and pets are welcome with a fee of $25 per pet, per night for stays of 1–6 nights, $15 per pet, per night for stays of 7–28 nights, and $10 per pet, per night for stays of 29+ nights. Conveniently located off I-85, this home is within walking distance of local dining options and near the Chattahoochee River National Recreation Area and the Southeastern Railway Museum. This is a non-smoking property, and no events are permitted. Additional charges may apply for excess pet hair, dander, odor, waste cleanup, damages, or other pet-related issues. If the cleaning team arrives and is unable to access the property due to a delayed checkout, or is turned away because the property is still occupied, a $50 cleaner trip fee will apply. Evidence of smoking or vaping will incur a $400 housekeeping expense for the additional sanitation time and effort to reinstate the listing. A gathering will be considered anyone additional to the number of guests listed on your reservation, and there is an additional fee of $25 per extra person, per night for each additional guest beyond the property's bed count. Failure to set trash out for scheduled pick up incurs a fee that varies depending on the amount of trash someone has to be paid to haul. Emotional Support Animals are treated the same as pets for booking and fee purposes. Applicable pet fees apply. Failure to disclose an ESA before arrival results in applicable pet and cleaning fees being charged upon discovery, if not after check-out, and may impact the reservation.
