It's also blocks from the Adrienne Arsht Center for the Performing Arts, 1 mile to the FTX Arena, Children’s Museum, Perez Art Museum, and the Miami Seaquarium, and 2 miles from Brickell, Design District, Miami Cruise Port, and UM Hospital. Swimming is at your own risk, as there is no lifeguard on duty. Children must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times. For your safety, diving and running are prohibited. The property management is not liable for any accidents, injuries, or losses that may occur while using the pool or surrounding areas. Please keep all doors closed and the air conditioning on at all times to prevent condensation and property damage. Tenant evaluation (background check) is required for $200 each adult.
