As a guest, you can enjoy full access to all of Icon Brickell’s amenities, including a luxurious spa featuring a sauna, steam room, and hot and cold plunge pools. Take a dip in the massive pool on the 15th floor. Valet parking is available for an additional daily fee, payable directly to the valet upon arrival. Amenity passes are for 2 guests only. In case a check-in between 12:00 am and 8:00 AM needs to be arranged, a $70 fee will apply. Located in the same building as the W Brickell, you’ll enjoy world-class amenities and style in a prime location. Walk to Brickell’s restaurants, bars, and Brickell City Centre for shops and supermarkets. This unit is strictly non-smoking. A $500 fee will apply if smoking is detected inside the apartment. Photos or scans of a valid ID (passport or national ID) must be submitted at least 24 hours before arrival for building registration. The replacement fee for a lost elevator key-fob is $100. Guests have two days to retrieve any left-behind items, but items cannot be shipped.
