Outside, discover serenity in your private courtyard with a brand-new 5-person hot tub. Early check-in is available for a fee of $35 if the check-in time is between 12:00 PM and 3:00 PM, subject to availability and the cleaning schedule. A pet fee of $83 will be charged if you bring a pet. This fee covers the extra cleaning needed to ensure pet hair and smells are removed. Surrounded by Camilla, Boganvilla, and mature Banana trees, this centrally located property offers two concrete parking spots in the back. There is also overnight free parking on the street in front of the property. Please be respectful of the property and the neighbors, as this is a quiet family neighborhood. Outdoor noise should be kept to a minimum from 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Smoking or vaping of any kind is not allowed, and a $200 fee will be charged if evidence is found. Parties or events are not allowed, and the maximum number of guests listed should not be exceeded. Locals must contact the host prior to booking. Early check-ins or late departures without prior approval are not allowed, and no refunds are issued for late check-in or early departure. Identity verification is required for all guests age 18 years or older, and a completed profile is needed. Guests should be responsive and reachable through the platform from the time the reservation is made through the completion of their stay. There is one security camera and one video doorbell in the front and back of the house for security purposes. Do not move any furniture or decorations within the premises. Please do not use the provided towels to remove make up or clean something that could stain them, you could be subject to extra cleaning fee. Only one set of towels per person is provided. A starter pack of essentials is provided, and it is your responsibility to refill them if you run out.
