You’ll be just a short drive from Forsyth Park, the Historic District, and Savannah’s famous squares. Grocery stores like Kroger are only minutes away for easy shopping. This property includes four private units—three inside the main house and an independent carriage house—and comfortably accommodates up to 12 guests. Feel at home in this perfect home base to explore Savannah comfortably and conveniently. Together, the units include 6 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, and 4 full kitchens. A starter pack of essentials (towels, trash bags, soap, paper towel, toilet paper, hand soap) is provided. If you run out of them, it's under your responsibility to refill them for yourself. If you wish to refresh your towels during your stay, a washer, dryer, and detergent are available at the property for your convenience. The property includes 4 off-street parking spots, a rare convenience in Savannah. Additional vehicles may park for free in the alleyway behind the property. Early check-in (12 PM–3 PM) is available for a $35 fee, subject to availability and cleaning schedule, and can only be confirmed the evening before arrival. This is a quiet, family-friendly neighborhood. Please be respectful of the other residents on the property as well as our neighbors at all times. Quiet hours are 9:00 PM – 8:00 AM, and outdoor noise must be kept to a minimum. Unit 1 (first floor) is occupied by a long-term resident, so please be especially mindful of noise near this area. No parties or events are allowed, and you may not exceed the maximum number of guests or have additional overnight guests. Local guests must contact the host before booking.
