Experience southern charm and feel at home in this 4-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom home, perfect for up to 15 guests. This recently renovated home is conveniently located just a short drive from downtown, making it ideal for exploring all that Mobile has to offer. Make yourself comfortable in the cozy living space furnished with a queen sofa bed, two armchairs, and a SmartTV. The fully equipped kitchen features a generous size island, ample counter space, all major appliances, and essential cookware. Continue through the kitchen to the open-concept dining room and second living space/sunroom. The dining space has a large farm table with space to seat eight guests, and the second living area has two chairs and a futon, which doubles as an extra sleeping space if needed. Off the dining space are the laundry room and half bathroom. This home has four bedrooms. The first is downstairs with a queen bed and can be accessed through the kitchen and entryway. Head upstairs to the additional bedrooms and both full bathrooms. The first bedroom on the right has two full beds. The second bedroom on the right has a king bed, an en-suite bathroom with a shower/tub combination, and a SmartTV. The third bedroom is on the left and has two full-size beds. The second full bathroom is also to the left of the stairs and has a shower/tub combination. Head out back to enjoy the seasonal sparkling pool, lounge chairs, and grill! A pack 'n play/travel crib is available upon request. This is a pet friendly home and all pets require a non-refundable pet fee. This home is located near the University of South Alabama. Uber, Lyft, and other taxis are available, but driving is encouraged! Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 7 AM. If our cleaning crew reports any signs of smoking cigarettes, vapes, e-cigs, pipes, etc. (smell, ash, etc.) in or around the home, an automatic $500 damage charge will be incurred. The same charge applies if cigarette butts are found outside of the home. If marijuana is smoked in or around the home a $500 fee will be charged, and details about the reservation may be turned over to the appropriate authorities. Parties are prohibited at the home. If you violate quiet hours and disturb the neighbors, your reservation will be canceled; you will be required to leave the property immediately and you will not be eligible for any refunds. If there is evidence of pet hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged the cost to clean this. You must be at least 21 years of age to rent this property.
