Enjoy the above-ground pool, open until October 1st, though it's not heated. Enter through the front door using a digital keypad. The cozy living space is furnished with a queen sofa bed, two armchairs, and a SmartTV. The fully equipped kitchen includes a generous island, ample counter space, all major appliances, and essential cookware. The open-concept dining room and second living space/sunroom feature a large farm table seating eight, and a futon for extra sleeping space. The home has four bedrooms: one downstairs with a queen bed, and three upstairs with two full beds, a king bed with an ensuite bathroom, and two full-size beds. The second full bathroom is also upstairs. Enjoy the pool, lounge chairs, and grill in the backyard. A pack 'n play/travel crib is available upon request. Pets are welcome with a non-refundable pet fee. Pets must be crated when left unattended, are not allowed on furniture or beds, and all waste must be cleaned up from the yard. If there is evidence of pet hair on furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found, you will be charged for cleaning costs. Located near the University of South Alabama, this home offers easy access to Uber, Lyft, and other taxi services, though driving is encouraged for convenience. Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 7 AM. Smoking is prohibited, and any signs of smoking will incur a $500 damage charge. Parties are not allowed, and events require prior approval. Guests are responsible for any damage to the home or its furnishings. Excessive trash will incur a $100 removal fee. Guests must abide by all posted rules regarding the pool and other amenities, and waive any claims of liability related to their use.
