Feel at home in this spacious 5-bedroom, 2-bathroom house located on Hunter Ave, just a block from the famous Cannon monument in Midtown Mobile's "Loop" area. Accommodating up to 14 guests, this historic gem, built in 1907, seamlessly combines its original charm with modern updates. This family-oriented home offers ample space for large groups and families. It features a large living area, a formal dining room, and a full kitchen perfect for preparing meals. The home includes two bathrooms and various sleeping arrangements to ensure everyone has a cozy spot to rest. One of the bedrooms with a twin bed can only be accessed through the bedroom with the king bed, offering a private space with its own door. A pack 'n play/travel crib is available upon request and a non-refundable pet fee applies for pets. Pets must be crated when left unattended, and cannot be on furniture or beds. All waste must be cleaned up from the yard. Located in the family-friendly Old Dauphin Way Historic District in old-town Mobile, this home is close to all attractions. Driving is recommended for easy access to everything, and Uber and Lyft are available in the area. Quiet hours are observed between 10 PM and 7 AM. If our cleaning crew reports any signs of smoking cigarettes, vapes, e-cigs, pipes, etc. (smell, ash, etc.) in or around the home, an automatic $500 damage charge will be incurred. The same charge applies if cigarette butts are found outside of the home. If marijuana is smoked in or around the home a $500 fee will be charged. Parties are prohibited at the home. Other events are permitted only with prior approval. There is a $100 charge for third-party trash removal if an excessive amount of trash is left at the property.
