The spacious living room features a queen sleeper-sofa, a large smart TV, and plenty of additional seating. Meals can be enjoyed at the handmade farmhouse table with bench seating in the dining room. The kitchen is fully-equipped. Pets are welcome with a non-refundable pet fee. A pack 'n play/travel crib is available upon request. This home is situated in a residential neighborhood, conveniently close to grocery stores, shopping, restaurants, and downtown Mobile. If our cleaning crew reports any signs of smoking cigarettes, vapes, e-cigs, pipes, etc. (smell, ash, etc.) in or around the home, an automatic $500 damage charge will be incurred. The same charge applies if cigarette butts are found outside of the home. If marijuana is smoked in or around the home a $500 fee will be charged, and details about the reservation may be turned over to the appropriate authorities. Parties are prohibited at the home. Other events are permitted at the home only with prior approval. To be courteous to neighbors, quiet hours are observed between 10 PM and 7 AM. Violating quiet hours will result in reservation cancellation and immediate departure without refund. Noise may be monitored with exterior cameras and/or noise monitoring technology. Guests are responsible for any damage to the home or its furnishings. Please bag all trash and place it in the provided bins; an excessive amount of trash left at the property will incur a $100 charge for third-party trash removal. Guests must be at least 21 years of age to rent this property. Pets must be crated when left unattended, and are not allowed on furniture or beds. All pet waste must be cleaned up from the yard. Evidence of pet hair on furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home will incur cleaning costs. If a security deposit is collected, it may be retained to cover additional cleaning costs due to pets. Includes a queen sleeper-sofa in the living room.
