The fully-equipped kitchen provides all essential kitchenware for meal preparation, and the dining room offers a farm table with seating for 8. The master bedroom includes a king bed, SmartTV, and an en-suite bathroom with a shower/tub combination. Three additional bedrooms are available: one with a queen bed and two with two full-size beds. A second shared bathroom also has a shower/tub combination. Outside, a charcoal grill and picnic table are provided. Pets are welcome for an additional fee, and a pack 'n play/travel crib is available upon request. Located in the Midtown/Historic District area, this home is within walking distance of dining options, coffee shops, groceries, and the hospital. Quiet hours are observed from 10 PM to 7 AM. Smoking is not allowed, and any signs of smoking will incur an automatic $500 damage charge. Parties and events are not allowed without prior approval. If quiet hours are violated, the reservation may be canceled, and guests will be required to leave immediately without a refund. Noise may be monitored with exterior cameras and/or noise monitoring technology. Guests are responsible for any damage to the home or its furnishings. An excessive amount of trash left at the property will incur a $100 charge. Guests must be at least 21 years of age to rent this property. Guests waive all claims of liability related to the use of amenities. Check-in is via a digital keypad, and the code will be provided upon check-in.
