This spacious retreat sleeps up to 12 guests and offers a peaceful setting. The cozy living room features a queen sofa bed and a large SmartTV. Adjacent to the living room is a sitting area with two comfortable armchairs. Through the sitting room, you'll find the dining room with a large farm table and a galley-style, fully-equipped kitchen. The three bedrooms are located down the hall. Bedroom one has two full-size beds, bedroom two has a king bed, and the master bedroom features two full-size beds and an en-suite bathroom with a shower/tub combination. The second full bathroom also has a shower/tub combination. A pack 'n play/travel crib is available upon request and a grill is available in the fully-fenced backyard. Pets are allowed with a fee. This home is situated in a residential area, approximately two miles from the University of South Alabama, offering easy access to groceries, dining, and the university. Quiet hours are observed from 10 PM to 7 AM. Smoking is not allowed in or around the home, and any signs of smoking will incur a $500 damage charge. Parties and events are not allowed without prior approval. If quiet hours are violated, the reservation may be canceled, and guests will be required to leave without a refund. Noise monitoring technology may be used. Guests must be at least 21 years of age to rent this property. An excessive amount of trash left at the property will incur a $100 charge for third-party trash removal.
