Three bedrooms are accessible from the kitchen or living room. Bedroom one has two full-size beds, bedroom two has a king bed, and the master bedroom features two full-size beds and an en-suite bathroom. Both bathrooms have a shower/tub combination. A washer and dryer are available in the garage. A pack 'n play/travel crib is available upon request and a non-refundable pet fee applies. This home is situated in a residential area, approximately two miles from the University of South Alabama, offering easy access to groceries, dining, and the university. Driving is encouraged, though Uber, Lyft, and other taxis are available. Quiet hours are observed between 10 PM and 7 AM. Guests must be at least 21 years of age to book. Pets must be crated when left unattended, are not allowed on furniture or beds, and all waste must be cleaned up from the yard. Evidence of pet hair on furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home will incur additional cleaning charges. Smoking is prohibited in or around the home, with a $500 charge for any signs of smoking (including cigarette butts outside).
