Guests are responsible for cleaning up pet waste from the yard and evidence of pet hair on furniture or in the home. This home is conveniently located about one mile from the University of South Alabama. Downtown is a quick twenty-minute drive, and Dauphin Island is just forty-five minutes away. Quiet hours are observed between 10 PM and 7 AM. Smoking is prohibited in and around the home, with an automatic $500 charge for any signs of smoking. Parties and events are prohibited unless pre-approved. Guests are responsible for any damage to the home or its furnishings.
