Step outside and enjoy the fresh air in the shared, fenced patio area. Pets are allowed for a fee of $60 for each small dog and $100 for each large dog, with a maximum of 4 dogs allowed. All dogs must be declared in advance. Parking is limited to 2 compact cars per unit. If additional parking is required, street parking may be available nearby. Centrally located, this property is just minutes from major attractions, making it easy to explore Orlando’s best dining, shopping, and entertainment. Nearby attractions include Harry P. Leu Gardens, Orlando Museum of Art, East End Market, The Strand restaurant, and Lake Eola Park. This unit shares walls and a ceiling with the adjacent unit, but the property is well-insulated to minimize noise. There may be occasional noise from nearby guests, so please keep noise levels low between 8:00 PM and 8:00 AM. Smoking inside the property is strictly prohibited and will result in an automatic complaint. Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. A security camera is installed outside near the entrance. We allow a maximum of 4 dogs per stay. The fee is $60 for each small dog and $100 for each large dog. All dogs must be declared in advance. If you smoke, please do so outside and dispose of cigarette butts properly. Includes a dedicated workspace and high-speed Wi-Fi, perfect for remote work or study.
