The kitchen is fully equipped for everyday cooking and chef meals and includes a refrigerator, oven, stove, microwave, dishwasher, coffee and tea station, pots, pans, utensils, knife set, cutting board, plates, bowls, cups, blender, toaster, trash bags, and dishwasher and laundry pods. Entertainment is provided by a 55” 4K smart TV in the living room with access to streaming platforms. The bedrooms feature memory foam mattresses and premium linens, and the spa-style bathrooms have high-pressure showers. Towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, and a hair dryer are provided. Parking is available in the garage for one mid-size SUV or smaller vehicle and in the driveway for one vehicle. No street parking, commercial vehicles, trailers, RVs, boats, or oversized vans are permitted. Pets are welcome with a fee of $15 per night for 1 pet (capped at $195) or $25 per night for 2 pets (capped at $295). There is a large pet surcharge (over 35 lbs) of $49 one-time fee for 1 large pet or $95 one-time fee for 2 large pets. Early check-in and late check-out are available for an additional fee of $59 for 1 hour or $89 for 2 hours. A mid-stay cleaning is available for $175. Conveniently located near popular dining, nightlife, and major attractions, this townhouse is close to the NASCAR Hall of Fame (~10 minutes), Spectrum Center (~9 minutes), Bank of America Stadium (~10 minutes), Plaza Midwood (~9 minutes), NoDa Arts District (~10 minutes), and SouthPark Mall (~15 minutes). Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the property, including indoors, patios, balconies, garages, or entryways, and smoking or tampering with detectors will result in fines up to $2,500 and immediate removal. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM, and sustained noise over 80 dB for 5+ minutes triggers alerts, with repeated violations potentially resulting in fines up to $2,500 and removal. No parties or events are allowed, and only registered guests are permitted, with unauthorized guests potentially resulting in fines and cancellation without refund. The primary guest must be 21+, and all guests 18+ must complete ID verification prior to check-in. Failure to disclose pets or pay applicable fees may result in additional charges or cancellation. Includes fast Wi-Fi (300+ Mbps) and a dedicated workspace.
