After a long day, your well-equipped kitchen and elegant dining table are ready to provide a five-star dining experience right at home. Private garage parking and driveway accommodate multiple cars. We welcome up to two pets per reservation, each weighing under 35 lbs, with a fee of $49 per pet for stays of 1–6 nights. Additional charges apply for longer stays. For pets over 35 lbs, a one-time large pet fee applies. Bringing undisclosed pets into the unit may result in a minimum $500 fine and cancellation of your stay without refund. Optional mid-stay cleaning is available for extended stays, including new linens, surface cleaning, and trash removal. Public transit and ride shares are readily available, offering quick access to Uber, Lyft, and local transit. Quiet hours are enforced from 8:00 PM to 8:00 AM, and noise levels exceeding 80 decibels for more than 10 consecutive minutes will result in a $2,500 fine and immediate removal from the property. Smoking is strictly prohibited anywhere on the premises, and tampering with smoke detectors will incur a $2,500 fine and immediate removal. Unauthorized guests will result in a $500 fine per person, immediate removal, and cancellation of the reservation without refund. All guests must complete identity verification prior to check-in. The property is not designed for guests with visual or physical impairments. Self check-in is available via smart lock or lockbox, with instructions provided prior to arrival. The property features a dedicated work station with a standing desk, perfect for remote work. Fast Wi-Fi at 300+ Mbps is ideal for streaming, remote work, or video calls. A laptop computer is not included.
