The bathrooms include smart toilets and rain showers. The primary bedroom has an en-suite bath. In-unit laundry makes this the ideal place to call home during your stay. You will love the abundance of light, sun, and magnificent views of the Boston skyline and sunsets. Parking is available on the driveway and plenty of parking is also available on the street, and parking has to be reserved ahead of time to guarantee a space. Pets are considered on a case-by-case basis with an additional $250 per pet cleaning fee. A pack n' Play/high chair is available upon request for $10/night. After your reservation has been confirmed, a trusted partner will email you a contract for you to review and sign. The contract will outline the basic house rules.
