Feel at home in this centrally located downtown Columbus apartment. Located on the top floor of a duplex, this 2-bedroom apartment is entirely on the second floor, so there is one flight of stairs once you enter through the front door. This apartment is filled with gorgeous rare plants, upscale decor, and original hardwood floors. It features a fully equipped kitchen, high-speed internet, a 55-inch smart TV in the living room, tower fans and white noise machines, a hair dryer, and a handheld steamer. Complimentary toiletries are provided. Pets are welcome for a fee of $40 per pet per night, up to a $600 cap per pet for the entire stay. Private off-street parking is available for one vehicle, and street permit parking is available for $10 per additional vehicle for your entire stay. The location could not be more perfect! There are many great restaurants and bars right on North High Street. The Short North District is less than a minute's walk away, and the Greater Columbus Convention Center is an 8-minute walk. Nationwide Arena Stadium is a 10-minute walk, and the downtown Columbus area and Ohio State University campus are less than a mile away. The Kroger Food Market is also less than a mile away. Nationwide Children's Hospital is an 8-minute drive, and CMH Columbus John Glenn Airport is a 10-minute drive. Easton Town Center Shopping Mall is a 15-minute drive, and there is easy access to all major highways and COTA lines for getting around the city. Some city or neighbor noise is possible due to the central downtown location and shared wall with the neighboring unit. White noise machines and fans are provided in every room. Quiet hours are from 9 p.m. to 7 a.m. Breaking any house rule will result in a charge of $500 each, subject to a charge per occasion and per broken rule separately. Absolutely no plants in the home are to be moved for any reason. No loud music is allowed at any time. No parties, small gatherings, or events are allowed. No smoking, marijuana, firearms, illegal substances, or any illegal activity are allowed on the property. No additional unregistered guests are allowed. Tampering with exterior surveillance, noise monitors, and smoke sensors will lead to immediate cancellation with no refund, as well as a $500 violation charge. Any late check-outs will result in an additional charge of $300. Guests take full responsibility for all damages, injuries, or losses that occur on the premises.
