This apartment is filled with gorgeous rare plants, upscale decor, and original hardwood floors. It features a fully equipped kitchen, high-speed internet, a 55-inch smart TV in the living room, tower fans and white noise machines, a hair dryer, and a handheld steamer. Private off-street parking is available for one vehicle. If parking for additional cars is needed, street permit parking is available for $15 per additional vehicle per night. Pets are welcome for a fee of $40 per pet per night, up to $600 per pet for the entire stay. The location is perfect, with many great restaurants and bars right on North High Street. The Short North District is less than a minute's walk away, and the Greater Columbus Convention Center and Nationwide Arena Stadium are within walking distance. Downtown Columbus and Ohio State University campus are less than a mile away. Some city or neighbor noise is possible due to the central downtown location and shared wall with the neighboring unit. White noise machines and fans are provided in every room. Quiet hours are from 9 p.m. to 7 a.m. No loud music is allowed at any time. Absolutely no plants in the home are to be moved. No parties, small gatherings, or events are allowed. Smoking, marijuana, firearms, illegal substances, or any illegal activity are not allowed on the property, though smoking is permitted outside only. Vaping and medical marijuana are not allowed in the home. No additional unregistered guests are allowed. Furniture is not to be rearranged. Tampering with exterior surveillance, noise monitors, and smoke sensors will lead to immediate cancellation with no refund, as well as a $300 violation charge. Any late check-outs will result in an additional charge of $100. Breaking any of the house rules will result in a charge of $500 each, subject to a charge per occasion and per broken rule separately.
