It features original hardwood floors, a fully equipped kitchen, and comfortable king-size and queen-size beds. Amenities include a 55-inch smart TV in the living room, high-speed internet, tower fans, white noise machines, a hair dryer, a handheld steamer, and complimentary toiletries. Pets are welcome for a fee of $40 per pet per night, up to a $600 cap per pet for the entire stay. Private off-street parking is available for one vehicle. Additional street permit parking is available for $10 per additional vehicle for your entire stay. Early check-in and late check-out options are available for an additional fee: 1-hour early check-in at 3 pm for $25, 2-hour early check-in at 2 pm for $50, 1-hour late check-out at 11 am for $25, and 2-hour late check-out at 12 pm for $50. The location is perfect for exploring Short North, with many great restaurants and bars on North High Street. The apartment is less than a minute's walk to the Short North District, an 8-minute walk to the Greater Columbus Convention Center, a 10-minute walk to Nationwide Arena Stadium, less than 1 mile to Ohio State University campus and downtown Columbus, less than 1 mile to Kroger Food Market, an 8-minute drive to Nationwide Children's Hospital, a 10-minute drive/uber to CMH Columbus John Glenn Airport, a 15-minute drive to Easton Town Center Shopping Mall, and offers easy access to all major highways and COTA lines. Some city or neighbor noise is possible due to the central downtown location and shared wall with the neighboring unit. White noise machines and fans are provided in every room. Quiet hours are from 9 p.m. to 7 a.m. Breaking any of the house rules will result in a charge of $500 each, subject to a charge per occasion and per broken rule separately. Absolutely no plants in the home are to be moved for any reason. No loud music is allowed at any time. No parties, small gatherings, or events are allowed. Smoking, marijuana, firearms, illegal substances, or any illegal activity are not allowed on the property; smoking is allowed outside the home only. No additional unregistered guests are allowed over unless under the reservation guest count; a $50 extra guest fee will be charged per extra unregistered guest per night. Tampering with exterior surveillance, noise monitors, and smoke sensors will lead to immediate cancellation with no refund, as well as a $300 violation charge.
