Due to its central downtown location and shared wall with a neighboring unit, some city or neighbor noise is possible; white noise machines and fans are provided to mitigate this. Quiet hours are observed from 9 p.m. to 7 a.m. No parties, gatherings, or events are allowed. Smoking, marijuana, firearms, illegal substances, or any illegal activity are not allowed on the property, though outdoor smoking is permitted. Vaping and medical marijuana are not allowed inside the home. Any violation of house rules will result in a $500 charge per occasion and per broken rule. Tampering with exterior surveillance, noise monitors, and smoke sensors will lead to immediate cancellation with no refund and a $300 violation charge. Late check-outs will incur an additional charge of $100. Exterior video surveillance is in place. No unregistered guests are allowed over the reservation guest count, with a $300 additional cleaning fee and a $50 extra guest fee per unregistered guest per night for violations.
