Complimentary toiletries are provided. Pets are welcome for a fee of $40 per pet per night, up to a $600 cap per pet for the entire stay. Private off-street parking is available for one vehicle, and street permit parking can be provided for additional vehicles for $15 per vehicle per night. Early check-in and late check-out options are available for an additional fee. The location is perfect, with many great restaurants and bars on North High Street. The Short North District is less than a minute's walk away, and the Greater Columbus Convention Center is an 8-minute walk. You'll also find yourself close to Nationwide Arena Stadium, downtown Columbus, Ohio State University campus, and Kroger Food Market. The apartment offers easy access to major highways and COTA lines for getting around the city. Some city or neighbor noise is possible due to the central downtown location and shared wall with the neighboring unit. Quiet hours are from 9 p.m. to 7 a.m., and no loud music is allowed at any time. Noise-detecting technology may be used to monitor noise levels. No parties, small gatherings, or events are allowed. No smoking, marijuana, firearms, or illegal substances are allowed on the property; smoking is permitted outside only. Tampering with exterior surveillance, noise monitors, and smoke sensors will lead to immediate cancellation with no refund, as well as a $300 violation charge. Any late check-outs will result in an additional charge of $100. Breaking any of the house rules will result in a charge of $500 each. A dedicated workspace is available.
