Optional services available for an extra fee include pool heat for a comfortably warm pool, a BBQ grill for outdoor dining, and essential baby equipment for your little ones. Ample on-site parking is provided. Located in the highly sought-after Highlands Reserve golf community, the home offers a safe, quiet environment surrounded by palm-lined streets and well-maintained landscapes. You'll be just minutes from grocery stores, restaurants, golf courses, and major Orlando attractions like Disney, Universal, and LEGOLAND. Enjoy the community amenities such as a public golf course, community pool, playground for children, and wide sidewalks perfect for morning walks or evening strolls. Quiet hours are between 10:00 PM and 6:00 AM. Check-in time is 4:00 PM, and check-out is before 10:00 AM. Early check-in and late check-out can be arranged for an additional fee if the home does not have another guest's departure or arrival scheduled. Smoking, vaping, and e-cigarettes are strictly prohibited in or near the property, with a minimum fine of $500 for violations. Pets are not permitted, and if discovered, there is an automatic charge of $450 for cleaning.
