We provide self-check-in for a completely contactless experience, and we are available to help answer any questions prior to and during your stay. All guests are required to sign a Good Neighbor Policy document prior to staying. Strict rules include no smoking of any kind on the property, with a fine of $500 for violations. Occupants exceeding the number declared on the reservation will not be permitted to stay past 10 PM, and noise complaints constitute a violation. No pets are allowed without prior approval. Please remove excess trash, wash dishes before checkout, and ensure furniture is moved back before departure. Lock all doors and windows before leaving the home. Includes a dedicated office space with a futon, desk, monitor, and printer, making it ideal for remote work. A laptop computer is not included.
