I have been living here for the past couple of months and it has been such a great experience, especially in dealing with the landlord Nalee! She is always extremely helpful and resourceful. You can tell she loves what she does and always goes above and beyond for her tenant. Maintenance is always so nice and efficient. Miguel ALWAYS ask "How are you?" I think that is such a thoughtful question to ask as moms no one ever asks us that lol. I think it is so kind that he always greets you and it is always so genuine. Overall, the entire team has been amazing!

Nalee, the rental agent, was a pleasure to work with. I rented one of her apartments at Del Rey, and she made the whole moving in and moving out process so smooth, efficient, and pleasant. The apartment was also clean and well maintained, with great neighbours. When I had an unforeseen circumstance occur, Nalee also worked with me to ensure a win-win situation.
