These items are thoughtfully provided to ensure you have everything needed upon arrival, however, they are starter supplies and may not be replenished during the stay. If additional supplies beyond the initial offering are required, local stores or delivery services are recommended for convenience. Daily housekeeping isn’t included, though it can be arranged for an additional fee. Early check-in or late check-out may be available for $149 per service, depending on availability. Absolutely no guests not in the reservation are allowed in the apartment or the building, and failure to comply will result in a $500 fine. Pets are not allowed at the property. Failure to check-out at the agreed time causes considerable disruption in cleaning and guest arrival schedules, and in this case the cost of the disruption to the schedules will be charged, with a minimum of $500.
