Pets are considered and require approval before check-in. Upon approval, a pet fee will be collected. The daily pet fee is an occupancy fee, not damage protection. The fee is $10 per pet per night for 29+ nights, $15 per pet per night for 7-28 nights, and $25 per pet per night for 1-6 nights. This is a non-smoking home, and evidence of smoking will incur a $400 housekeeping expense for the additional sanitation time and effort to reinstate the listing. No events are permitted.
