I recently had a phenomenal experience while touring prospective apartment homes in the Kennesaw/Marietta area. Halston Shiloh Valley sits a top one of the highest vantage points in the area, the location is breathtaking and conveniently located next to all of the area amenities and shopping as well as being extremely close to KSU. The apartments are newly renovated with luxury appointments and are a value considering the current rental market. The staff is extremely warm and inviting, everyone was extremely personable. I had the privilege of interacting with the Manager Jennifer directly, which is rare and she was an absolute joy. Jennifer is the epitome of professionalism, poise and beauty. Halston Shiloh Valley is definitely at the top of my list of places to call home.

We came and saw Britney Lindsey this past Saturday about wanting to move into the neighborhood when our lease is up this summer. She was so helpful, her personality was bubbly and we could tell she really enjoys working there and really believes in the neighborhood she is promoting. She was very honest and was very cordial. She was on top of our applications and any other information that was needed to get us in the door. There were no hidden fees there were no difficulties and there were no misunderstandings. She had us approved and lease signed for this summer literally in less than 48 hours. This neighborhood is beautiful and it always has been and that's why we wanted to move there originally, but getting to meet her and the rest of the staff only solidified us wanting to move there. I definitely give this establishment and it's employees an A+! We will be moving in soon and we very much look forward to it. This was by far the best and easiest moving experience we have encountered. I would highly recommend giving Britney a shout if you want great customer service and someone that is knowledgeable about the property and most important is willing to answer the 126 million questions that people like myself ask 😂.
