Resident at the Quincy from July 2022 until April 2024. Special memories at this place. The facilities are great and the apartments are nice and spacious. The staff is very friendly and easy to work with. Nicole and Kailey are awesome assistants that will go out of their way to help you. Thank you all so much for all of your help during our stay at the Quincy.

I would 100% recommend The Quincy after new management took over. Visually seeing Capitol Living taking over and recognizing how management diligently works along side of their tenants is very reassuring. I specifically would like to recognize Nicole, the assistant manager, for such a warm welcoming transition. She was very enthusiastic and such a bright spirit to be around. She defines an over achiever! Nicole effortlessly took the initiative to make our transition from The Quincy to The Brighton such a relieving experience. I’m extremely excited about the move, but it wouldn’t be possible without her! Thank you again Nicole! You deserve to be recognized!
