Quiet hours are observed between 10 PM and 8 AM. No pets are allowed, and violating this policy will result in a $1000 fee for thorough cleaning and decontamination. No parties or events are allowed, and violating this policy will result in a $500 fee for cleaning and repairs. The home should be locked whenever all guests leave the property. Trash pickup is on Fridays, and there is no recycling. Guests are asked to rinse off kayaks, paddles, and beach items after use, and to rinse off sand before entering the house. Please clean off the gas grill and shut off the gas when not in use. Children should not be left unattended. Guests are asked to stay off the boat lifts unless they have rented a slip for their watercraft.
