This apartment building is exactly as advertised regarding luxury, peace of mind, convenience and more! The leasing office staff is phenomenal and they are very intentional about making sure your stay is everything that you’d imagine. LaKendra was my leasing consultant and she is beyond wonderful. She truly made my out of state move a breeze. A few of my favorites: 1. The concierge! I never have to worry about a package delivery again as there is someone sitting at the front desk to greet carriers. Not only that, the concierge assist with our communal needs. 2. The community spaces/lounges! There’s plenty and they are unique to whatever vibe you desire. Especially for those working from home. Plus the maintenance team does a great job keeping it clean. 3. Location! Being in Fells Point almost everything is in walking distance. When I get home from work I really don’t have to drive anywhere if I want food, entertainment, new clothes, etc! Fells Point is primarily in a central location and that helps for further commutes. 4. Building security! You have to use a key fob to get in anywhere. To go up the elevator, coming in from the parking garage, etc. There is also security present. Over all, it’s definitely 5 stars for me!

I went there for a tour and was assisted by Mr. Taylor. He was very helpful and answered all of my many questions on the place. I know sometimes I can be very inquisitive but Mr.Taylor was very patient and helpful. This residency is a beautiful property with amazing amenities. I will definitely be giving this place way more consideration after my pleasant tour with Mr. Taylor.
