Violating this rule will result in police involvement and immediate termination of the contract. Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors and observe quiet hours from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m. The property is monitored with decibel sensors to ensure compliance with the noise policy. No smoking is allowed inside the property, with a $250 charge per day if violated. No parties are allowed, and a noise monitoring device is in place to detect excessive noise levels.
