Perfectly located near the Dart Rail Station, it offers a short commute to Downtown Dallas, the American Airlines Center, and Fair Park. Long-term stays are welcome, and the backyard provides a great way to entertain and is perfect for pets. Everything you need is within easy reach. Interior features include built-in USB ports, stainless steel appliances, washers and dryers, keyless entry, spacious closets, and quartz counters. The home has an attached private 2-car garage, perfect for protecting your vehicle from the Texas sun. The home is secured by smart lock entry, welcoming you into a spacious living space with carpet and hardwood floors and ceiling fans. Wi-Fi access and a Smart TV are also available. The bathroom includes a shower with a full-sized tub, complimentary toiletries, and a blow dryer. The bedroom can be brightly lit from large windows or perfectly darkened for daytime naps with room-darkening curtains. It features a super comfortable queen memory foam mattress, a cedar-lined closet with extra pillows and blankets, luggage racks, and plenty of outlets for all your electronic devices. The kitchen is fully equipped with full-sized appliances, a microwave, coffee maker, toaster, blender, food processor, pots and pans, and basic spices for cooking. Pets are welcome with a pet fee per pet, with a maximum of $300 for long-term stays. We are only 5 minutes from the downtown area with plenty of local attractions nearby, including multiple museums, public parks, the convention center, the American Airlines arena, and uptown vibes. Knox Henderson, Lower Greenville, and McKinney Street are all within your reach, offering plenty of options to choose from. The indoor fireplace is not for guest use and is tamper-proof. If you are caught using the fireplace, you will be fined $500. Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay and observe quiet hours from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m. each day. The home is monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy. No smoking is allowed inside the property, and if you are caught smoking, you will be charged $250 per day of your booking. No parties are allowed, and there is a zero-tolerance policy for noise levels beyond a normal conversation. Lost door keys or remote fobs will be charged a $150 replacement fee. All persons staying overnight must be accounted for on your guest list. If any violation of house rules occurs, it is grounds for immediate termination of the reservation without refunds. Packages are not allowed to be ordered to this location for privacy reasons, but a list of the closest dropbox locations can be provided. Exceptions may apply for long-term stays. All guests will be required to verify identity prior to accessing the property and must have a working phone number for emergencies. For long-term stays (28 days or longer), guests are required to complete a criminal background check for approval and a $500 trust and safety hold/charge, which will be refunded 3-5 days after checkout.
