An open layout connects the living, dining, and kitchen areas, creating an easy flow for everyday living. Large windows brighten the interior, and air conditioning keeps the space comfortable throughout your stay. The living area includes a Smart TV with streaming services for relaxed evenings indoors. The kitchen is set up for guests who enjoy cooking while away and includes a full kitchen with space to prepare meals, plus a coffee maker ready for mornings at home. The renovated bathroom is designed to be functional and comfortable, with bathroom essentials and fresh towels provided. A washer and dryer are located in the unit, making longer stays more convenient. Step outside to a private, fully fenced backyard that feels like a small retreat of its own. The patio is set up for outdoor dining, and the space is well suited for enjoying mild Orlando weather during the day or quieter evenings under the string lights. You’ll have a private entrance with self check-in via smart lock, free parking on premises, and free street parking. The home sits in College Park, close to Winter Park Village, downtown Orlando, and nearby cultural spots like the Science Center and Museum of Art. Theme parks including Disney World and Universal Studios are within an easy drive, while restaurants, breweries, and neighborhood streets are just moments away. Check-out time is 10 am. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300. It is a self-catering home, therefore, we do not refill any supplies during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo/conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room we provide enough detergent pods for up to two loads. In the kitchen, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and sponge. There is a coffee maker, however coffee is not. Salt/pepper and cooking oil are available for use. If anything is missing, please let us know immediately upon check in so we can arrange restocking. Includes Wi-Fi and a dedicated workspace in a common area.
