The chef’s kitchen is fully equipped to prepare a meal, complete with high-end appliances, including an electric range. The coffee bar has everything you could need for your perfect cup, including a Keurig machine with capsules, along with packets of tea. The open floor plan dining area includes barstool seating for two at the gleaming white countertops. Large windows provide beautiful natural light, creating a calming and relaxing space. A brand new AC unit ensures your stay will be cool and comfortable. A complimentary washer and dryer are available for your use. The newly renovated bathroom has been custom designed. Shampoo, conditioner, and body wash are supplied. 100% ring spun luxury cotton towels are provided. The living room is equipped with a Smart TV and Hulu live (with ESPN and other sports channels), Netflix, and Disney+. In the lush backyard space, there is an outdoor dining set with seating for up to 6. Bask in the sun on the hammock lounger or raise the large patio umbrella to cool off in the shade. String lights hang above for that perfect evening ambiance. Moments away from craft beer bars, a brewery, AdventHealth Orlando, the Science Center, and the Museum of Art, you'll be in the center of it all, while staying in this beautiful, relaxing home. Winter Park Village is 5 minutes away, Downtown Orlando is 10 minutes away, Amway Center and Camping World Stadium are 10 minutes away, and Disney World, Universal Studios, and I-Drive are 20 minutes away. Check-out time is 10 am. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300. It is a self-catering home, therefore, supplies are not refilled during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo, conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room, enough detergent pods are provided for up to two loads. In the kitchen, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and a sponge are provided. There is a coffee maker, salt, pepper, and cooking oil available for use. If anything is missing, please let the trusted partner know immediately upon check-in so they can arrange restocking.
