The fully equipped chef’s kitchen includes Bosch appliances such as a fridge, freezer, stove, double oven, dishwasher, and microwave, as well as all basic cooking essentials and granite countertops. The living room features couches, coffee tables, a designer rug, a flat-screen TV, high-speed Wi-Fi, and glass patio doors with direct access to the backyard. There is a dedicated dining area with a dining table with seat settings for 8, place settings, dining utensils, and a built-in bar. The master bedroom has a king-size bed, a workstation, and an en-suite. The 2 additional bedrooms have queen-size beds and bunk beds. There is air conditioning throughout. The en-suite bathroom features Jack-and-Jill sinks, a glass walk-in shower, and a soaking tub, and essential toiletries are included. The backyard features an outdoor swimming pool with pristine landscaping, an outdoor grill, and a patio set, and is fully fenced for your privacy. Free parking is available in the two-car garage and on the driveway. House-trained pets are welcome with a non-refundable pet fee of $150 per pet (maximum of 2 pets per stay).
