The living room offers an open-concept layout with couches, coffee tables, a designer rug, a flat-screen TV, and high-speed Wi-Fi. The master bedroom has a king-size bed, work station, sofa bed, and en-suite bathroom. The additional bedrooms feature queen-size beds and bunk beds. The master en-suite bathroom includes Jack-and-Jill sinks, a glass walk-in shower, and a soaking tub. Essential toiletries are included. The laundry room is fully equipped with a washer and dryer. Free parking is available in the two-car garage and on the driveway. House-trained pets are welcome with a non-refundable pet fee of $150 per pet, with a maximum of 2 pets per stay. Houston is known for its tasty Tex-Mex and contributions to space and science. Nearby attractions include The Houston Museum of Natural Science, Minute Maid Park, and the exciting neighborhoods of Midtown, Washington Avenue, and Montrose. Smoking of any type is not allowed and violations are subject to a $450 fine plus the cost to clean, deodorize, and repair damages. Check-in is at 4pm and check-out is at 10am. Only house-trained pets are allowed and must be kept off beds and furniture, and pet cleaning fees will be applied. An additional nightly rate applies for more than six guests. The spa heating element and jets are inoperable. All smart TVs are equipped with streaming apps like Netflix, Amazon, and YouTube, and guests are welcome to log in with personal accounts.
