Parties and events are strictly prohibited, with a fine of $500 and possible eviction for violations. Unauthorized pets incur a $250 fee. Missing or damaged items will be charged at direct replacement cost plus a fine of up to $300. Guests must keep towels and linens in good condition, with negligent damage not covered by the damage protection policy. House rule violations can result in a fine of up to $1000 and/or eviction.
